Shipping and Returns Policies
Order Processing and Shipping:
Olive and Rye ship from Euroka, NSW Australia. All postage is automatically calculated at checkout.
Orders made before 8am AEST are processed and posted the same business day where possible, but within three business days. After 8am AEST orders will be posted the next business day. We will not process orders on public holidays. In the event of an unexpected closure, an announcement will be made regarding delays in shipping. Orders can still be submitted.
Successfully placed orders will receive and email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for your confirmation. If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately on admin@oliveandrye.com.au. We will not be able to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct postal address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.
All items are carefully inspected before shipping. If any damages occur during transit, it is the buyers responsibility to make a claim through the postal service.
Returns and Refunds:
At Olive and Rye we take great pride in our products and ensures every single items excellent condition before shipping. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us within 1 week (7 days) of it being received for an exchange or store credit. It must be in unused condition and in any original packaging where possible. If you need to return an item, please use the contact form on our website.
Please note, shipping charges cannot be refunded and any return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer (with the exception of faulty products). In the event of a product being damaged during shipping, all inquiries will need to be made to the carrier.
Discounted items are final and cannot be exchanged.
